Operations Manager (Manage 200+ F&B Retails)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead District Managers and ensure smooth operations and compliance with relevant Company policy & regulations.
• Build good rapport with respective school principals and teachers to facilitate business relationships and explore any prospective opportunities to excel business performance.
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan, develop and implement marketing and advertisement plans and activities to boost the sales performance.
• Review and develop all-round operation procedures and guidelines for tuck shop environment; and perform other duties as requested by the Company from time to time.
• Implement people development plans and motivate a team of frontline associates to provide excellent services.
• Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, catering, food service, or tuck shop operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing multi-site operations, inventory control, merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on cost control, operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, vendor management, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
