About My Routes Connection:

My Routes Connection is an established, debt-free driver placement agency based in Malden, MA. We place reliable 1099 drivers with retail stores and auto parts companies. We have an active office, website, and existing clients. Everything is set up - we need a partner to help manage and grow.

The Opportunity:

I am the owner looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to become my managing partner. You will work directly with me.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispatch 1099 drivers daily

• Maintain strong relationships with retail and auto parts clients

• Recruit and onboard new drivers

• Handle daily operations (hybrid schedule)

• Help grow revenue and improve systems

Compensation:

• 40% / 60% Net Profit Split

• After we pay ALL expenses (all drivers, all bills, insurance, software, etc.), we split the remaining profit 40% for you / 60% for me.

• Company has no debt.

• Long-term partnership potential.

Ideal Candidate:

• Lives in Malden, MA or nearby (Malden strongly preferred)

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, or staffing

• Understands the 1099 driver model

• Patient, calm under pressure, excellent conflict-resolution and people skills

• Organized, responsible, and self-motivated

• Bilingual (English / Haitian Creole / Spanish) is a big plus

• Authorized to work in the US
