Operations Manager- Mindanao

Brief Job Description:

An Operations Manager manages the store operations in its daily activities and develops the performance of the Barista, Store Supervisor, and Area Managers in his assigned area/region per brand and operation standards to achieve the set sales target. The Operations Manager is a trainer to improve his direct reports' technical and behavioral skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally, with progressive work experience in Food and Beverage/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/ industry – hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, quick service chain of the restaurant – last five (5) years’ experience must be as a head/manager handling several or group of shops/outlets.

Certified Barista, a plus.

• Experience in a start-up company is desirable.
• Can cope effectively with complexity and change.
• Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Has a can-do attitude.
• Possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to complete the job.
• Can structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions.
• Willing to travel and do field work across Mindanao branches
