Operations Manager - MSC

A. Operations Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows, and performance standards.
• Ensure timely execution of inspection, testing, certification, and other assigned service activities.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to address delays, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Ensure effective coordination between operations, sales, technical teams, and support functions.

B. Resource Planning and Utilization

• Allocate manpower, equipment, and other resources according to operational requirements.
• Develop work schedules and coordinate assignments for inspectors, auditors, engineers, and technical personnel, as applicable.
• Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate recruitment and training requirements with HR to address operational staffing needs.

C. Client and Service Delivery Management

• Ensure timely completion of client assignments and maintain agreed service delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with clients regarding operational schedules, service requirements, and execution progress.
• Address operational complaints, service issues, and escalations in coordination with relevant departments.
• Maintain professional client relationships and support customer retention through reliable service delivery.

D. Quality, Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and relevant accreditation requirements.
• Implement and monitor operational controls, documented procedures, and quality management practices.
• Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Maintain the impartiality, confidentiality, and integrity required for TIC activities.

E. Budget and Cost Control

• Prepare operational budgets, forecasts, and resource plans in coordination with management.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Track service delivery costs, productivity, and resource utilization against approved targets.
• Support management in improving operational profitability and financial performance.

F. Team Leadership and Performance Management

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of operational staff.
• Establish clear performance objectives, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms.
• Conduct regular operational review meetings and follow up on pending assignments.
• Identify training and development needs and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to attendance, safety, discipline, and company policies.

G. Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Prepare periodic operational reports covering workload, productivity, service delivery, costs, complaints, and performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate operational records, service reports, and management information.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend process improvements, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Perform other duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
