Operations Manager NCCA

We are looking for a hands-on and structured Operations Manager to lead our Panama operations. This role requires someone who can lead a team, solve problems effectively, build clear processes, and simplify complex operations while ensuring smooth daily execution.

The role covers Panama-based operations across North America, Central America, and selected South American

countries. It requires strong knowledge of local operational, logistics, documentation, and regulatory requirements across these markets, as well as coordination with international suppliers, clients, shipping lines, transporters, and 3PL partners.
