Operations Manager - North & Central Luzon

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall store operations management of several Robinsons Easymart stores within North and Central Luzon which includes sales & profitability, inventory & merchandising management, operations compliance & efficiency, customer service management, and people management.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a bachelor's degree holder
2. Preferably with at least 5 years of store operations and area management experience as a Store Manager or Area Manager
3. Must be willing to travel on a daily basis particularly in the areas of Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos, Baguio, Zambales, and Bataan
4. Must be willing to be based in Pangasinan
