• Handle daily operations for ocean export/import
• Manage daily email correspondences
• File all invoices (local and overseas) for ocean export/import.
• Issue debit/credit notes and local invoices
• Handle ocean export/import book-keeping, issue HB/L etc
• Follow up on administration
• Assist the sale teams
