What they need
To oversee and manage operations of CCK Fresh Mart outlet
To ensure smooth performance and profitability
To lead the team to maintain outlet standards, control inventory and achieve sales targets, and other ad hoc duties related to the position
Job Requirements
- Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities
- Minimum 5 years working experience in retail operations or related field and 3 years in Managerial position
- Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
- Willing to be relocated if required
Academy Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing**,** Sales**,** Retail Management or related field.
