Operations Manager - Penang

Job Responsibilities

• Administration & Multi-Office Operations: Ensure smooth and efficient operations across locations.
• Engineering Administration: Provide strong coordination and administrative support to engineering teams.
• ISO & Compliance: Strengthen operational discipline, process control, and continuous improvement.
• Facilities & Driver Management: Manage facilities, company drivers, and supporting resources effectively.
• Inventory, Shipping & Logistics: Improve coordination, visibility, and efficiency across inventory, shipping, and logistics.
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Drive process improvement, build systems, and enhance operational efficiency.

We are looking for:

• Has 5–8 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Has experience managing multiple teams or functions.
• Is strong in problem-solving, process improvement, and SOP development.
• Has experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technology, or project-based environments — an advantage.
• Is a hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills.
