Operations Manager – POSM & Large Format Printing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Technical Oversight:

· Inkjet Production: Manage daily operations of Inkjet printing machines (UV and Pigment). Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and machine maintenance.

· CNC & Machinery: Oversee CNC cutting machine operations. Provide basic technical troubleshooting and maintenance for all production machinery to minimize downtime.

· Workflow Management: Schedule jobs to optimize machine efficiency and meet strict client deadlines.

2. Material Management:

· Inventory Control: Manage stock levels for a wide variety of POSM materials.

· Material Expertise: Ensure correct handling and usage of substrates including:

· Stickers

· PVC Board

· Foamboard

· Honeycomb

· E-flute / B-flute Grain

· Artcard & Duplex Board

3. Finishing, Packing & Logistics:

· Quality Control: Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet client specifications before packing.

· Packing: Oversee the packing process to ensure items are protected during transit.

· Logistics: Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum [ 3-5] years of experience in POSM, signage, or large-format printing operations.

· Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with UV and Pigment inkjet printers, CNC routers/cutters, and general machinery maintenance.

· Material Knowledge: Deep understanding of the properties and handling of rigid and flexible POSM materials (Foamboard, PVC, Honeycomb, etc.).

· Soft Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
