Operations Manager - Ready Mix Concrete

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager | Ready-Mix Concrete | Dubai, UAE

Our client, a ready-mix concrete company based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize production and delivery, and ensure efficient coordination across plant, fleet, and site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily ready-mix concrete plant operations, production, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate batching plants, fleet operations, concrete mixers, and concrete pump services.
• Ensure timely concrete delivery to project sites while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, resource utilization, productivity, and operating costs.
• Coordinate with sales, quality control, maintenance, dispatch, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Manage operational teams, drivers, plant personnel, and dispatch staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and minimize operational downtime.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management within the ready-mix concrete or concrete production industry.
• Strong understanding of batching plant operations, concrete production, dispatch, fleet management, and delivery coordination.
• Experience managing operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and cost-control skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
