Operations Manager - Remodeling

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Manager - Remodeling to lead and oversee all aspects of remodeling projects within our organization. This pivotal role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with construction regulations, and delivering high-quality remodeling solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of remodeling projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage and coordinate project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Develop detailed project schedules using of CRM program and to manage customer, contracts, appointments, scheduling, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes throughout project phases.
• Control project budgets by tracking costs meticulously; implement cost management strategies to maximize profitability.
• Lead project meetings to coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and communicate updates effectively with stakeholders.
• Oversee the scheduling and completion of customer measurements, installations, and service appointments to ensure work is completed accurately and within expected timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience within the home improvement and construction industry.
• Extensive experience with hiring and recruiting additional team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for clear project coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts management and construction law principles relevant to remodeling projects.
• Ability to read detailed construction plans and schematics accurately; experience managing budgets and controlling costs is essential.

Pay: $64,900.00 - $92,000.00 per year
