Who are we looking for?

We seek a Operations Manager ready to oversee end to end operations for Lokalteez ensuring seamless store operations, leading a strong operation team and optimize supply chain in support of day-to-day operation and ultimately achieve our growth target.

What you need to do:

• Oversee daily store operations across multiple outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and SOP.
• Manage inventory flow, stock levels, and product availability to meet sales demand.
• Monitor store performance and operational KPI (sales per store, cost efficiency, manpower utilisation).
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and design teams to support campaigns, launches, and promotions at retail level.
• Lead, train, and support outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and legal regulations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the retail store, maintaining high standards of customer service and store performance.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for reporting and presentations.
• Monitor and follow up on individual staff performance, providing guidance and support for improvement.
• Conduct regular sales analysis to identify trends, track targets, and recommend strategies for growth.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/operations management.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multi-store operations is a strong advantage.
• Experience in apparel or retail industry is a strong advantage.
• Requires travelling to outlets in various locations.
