Operations Manager (Retail Management)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed consistently across shifts

• Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.

• Work towards achieving financial targets and profitability goals

• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a positive store culture and addressing customer concerns

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management experience, including opening new stores.
• Experience in furniture, mattresses, appliances, or home retail preferred.
• Strong skills in team leadership, sales, inventory management, and cost control.
• Willing to visit sites, handle on-ground concerns, and work weekends when needed.
