In this pivotal role, you will oversee team supervision, ensure adherence to safety in daily operations, and elevate customer satisfaction through efficient operations. We are a growing company local to Santa Rosa beach community. We specialize in waste removal and can to curb services for property management companies and HOA's in the surrounding area. We are looking for someone detail oriented and someone that is motivated to work alongside in the growth of our company.

Must have extensive knowledge in excel and computer based programs that ensure smooth day to day operations.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate staff involved in tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement operational procedures aligned with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies
• Manage daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Foster excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships
• Train new staff on techniques, safety protocols, and management expectations to promote a skilled workforce
• Oversee inventory and equipment to ensure operational readiness

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising teams in environments with a strong focus on management and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and commercial cleaning procedures
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through clear communication and managerial oversight
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ability and experience in driving trailers/work vehicles
• Excellent driving record
