Operations Manager- Transport

We are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager- Transport to lead our local distribution networks, daily transport planning, comprehensive fleet operations and safety compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain roadworthy vehicles, schedule regular maintenance and track fuel mileage and servicing logs.
• Organize daily dispatch map delivery routes assign drivers, and optimize transport capacity to meet service legal agreement.
• Monitor transportation expenses, analyze fuel and maintenance costs and identify saving opportunities.
• Enforce local road safety rules and company safety policies and follow the regulatory standards of LTFRB Region 7 (Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board), LTO Region 7 (Land Transportation Office)
• Handle resolutions, legal clearances, and retrieval of units in cases of traffic apprehensions or impoundments by the LTO, LTFRB, or local traffic offices (CCTO, TEAM, etc.).
• Ensure all transport units are kept in excellent mechanical condition and are safe for road deployment.
• Enforce driver discipline, handle passenger complaints, and implement company codes of conduct.
• Oversee the annual vehicle registration renewals with the LTO and the franchise renewals/confirmations with the LTFRB.
• Analyze daily revenue patterns and implement strategies to minimize "idle time" (units without assigned drivers).
• Monitor expenditures on maintenance, fuel allowances, and spare parts to ensure alignment with the operational budget.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
