HIRING: Operations Manager – US Process | Gurugram
Company: Foundever
Location: DLF, Sector 30, Gurugram
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: Up to ₹18 LPA
Eligibility Criteria
* Total Experience: 12+ years
* Relevant Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Operations Manager
* Domain: International BPO – Voice Process only
* Preferred Background: Travel process experience
* Team Handling: Must have experience managing at least 150 FTEs
* Level: Manager / Senior Manager
Role Requirements
* Manage operations for a US-based international contact center.
* Handle large-scale voice operations and drive operational performance.
* Be flexible to work in US shift timings and extend working hours when required.
* Work from the Gurugram office.
