What they need
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
3–5 years of wire payments operations experience.
Strong knowledge and experience of international wire payment processes.
Proficiency in SWIFT.
Demonstrated ability in managing teams and resolving people management challenges.
Work Schedule:
- Shifting schedules: day, mid, and night shifts.
- 24/5 operations with weekends off.
- Alignment with US banking holidays.
- Hybrid setup: 3 days onsite, 2 days work‑from‑home.
