Operations Manager/Executive

About the Role

Amypo Technologies is looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of training projects across colleges and corporate clients. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that every project is executed on time, trainers are deployed efficiently, clients receive timely support, and internal teams work in alignment to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

Own end-to-end execution of all training projects from project confirmation to successful completion.

Ensure all upcoming client projects are planned, scheduled, and delivered within agreed timelines.

Develop project execution plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.

Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.

Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary operational point of contact for colleges, universities, and corporate clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding project schedules, trainer deployment, logistics, and feedback.

Ensure high client satisfaction through timely communication and quality service delivery.

Coordinate with clients for changes in schedules, additional requirements, and project extensions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Recruitment, HR, Finance, Content Development, Sales, and Business Development teams.

Ensure all operational dependencies are completed before project launch.

Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics, and training materials whenever required.

Operations & Process Management

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project execution.

Improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce delays.

Ensure documentation, project trackers, and client records are maintained accurately.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Track project status, trainer utilisation, client feedback, and operational KPIs.

Conduct review meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure project readiness.

Analyse operational data and recommend process improvements.

Risk Management

Identify potential project risks and implement preventive action plans.

Ensure contingency planning for trainer replacements, project delays, and client escalations.

Resolve operational issues with minimal impact on project delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

100% on-time project execution.

Timely deployment of trainers for all confirmed projects.

Client satisfaction and retention.

Zero project delays due to operational gaps.

Trainer utilisation and resource optimisation.

Operational efficiency and process compliance.

Successful completion of project deliverables within timelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA in Operations or Project Management is preferred.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Client Delivery.

Prior experience in the EdTech, Education, Training, or IT Services industry is highly preferred.

Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
