VersaVault Mobile Storage is a fast growing provider of short and long term storage to commerecial and residential customers. We provide the option to lease or purchase shipping containers and handle all aspects of delivery and placement in house. VersaVault, now one of the areas leading provider of storage solutions, was Founded in 2019. Today we wish to add talent to our team and open multiple new locations across the eastern United States.

Position:

VersaVault is currently looking to fill the role of General manager at our Mt Pleasant, Pa location. Qualified canidate will be responsible for coordinating daily with their team to ensure all deliveries and pick-ups are done on schedule. Potential Leaders should thrive in fast paced Start-up enviroment and work towards building and maintaining relationships with hourly associates, customers, vendors and other general managers and leadership.

Job Duties

• Build a strong team while improving procedures, metrics and processes.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a schedule for deliveries and pick-ups for hourly drivers.
• Ensuring that drivers and hourly personel are working within the legal limits set forth by the FMCSA.
• Hitting KPI's as well as assisting in forcasting towards future.
• Tracking and recording sales and monthly leases in companies software.
• Working directly with costumers on a daily basis.
• Keep a detailed inventory of assets under lease and for sale.
• Managing hourly employees pay and hours worked to fit current market demands.
• Keeping our fleet in good working order and scheduling maintenance.

Requirements

• 2 years experience leading a team in managerial position.
• 2 years experience preferred budgeting and managing around KPI's.
• Intermediate understanding of Excel, Word and Quickbooks Online.
• General understanding and basic familiarity with DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations.
• Potential candidate should be comfortable operating equipment and have good general knowledge in diagnosing possible equipment failures.
• Class A CDL preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,697.00 - $79,715.00 per year
