Operations Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial data using Excel for insights on revenue streams and expense control.
• Oversee project management initiatives, coordinating resources and timelines to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective team management, development, and leadership.
• Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
• Communicate managerial expectations clearly across teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional growth for team members.
• Collaborate with executive-level teams on strategic planning, operational policies, and business management strategies.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize sales strategies, operational workflows, and customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams within an operational or business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and manage profit & loss statements effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes.
• Experience in project management with a track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.

Pay: $49,015.55 - $60,000.00 per year
