Operations Network Management Supervisor

oversees and manages the daily operations of assigned branches/areas to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of services. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company standards, and leading teams to achieve productivity, service quality, and business targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. With at least 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in logistics, courier, warehousing, or related operations.
3. Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and people management.
4. Experience in handling multiple branches or areas is an advantage.
5. Willing to travel and work in field-based environments.

1. Strong understanding of logistics, distribution, and last-mile delivery operations.
2. Excellent leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to operational data and performance metrics.

5. Ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
8. Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
9. Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
10. Team-oriented with a hands-on leadership approach.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversees daily operations of assigned branches/areas to ensure smooth and efficient parcel processing and delivery.
2. Ensures compliance with operational policies, procedures, and service standards of J&T Express.
3. Monitors operational performance through KPIs and implements improvement plans to achieve targets.
4. Manages and develops branch managers, supervisors, and operations staff.
5. Identifies operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks and recommends corrective actions.
6. Ensures proper manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity optimization.
7. Coordinates with other departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to support operational goals.
8. Ensures adherence to safety, security, and loss-prevention policies.
9. Reviews operational reports and submits accurate performance updates to senior management.
10. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
