Job Description – Operations / Office Executive

RK Sales, a pharma distribution company based in Commerce House, Ranchi, is looking for a motivated and organized Operations / Office Executive to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role involves managing day-to-day tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring that assigned work is completed accurately and on time. The candidate will primarily work with Todoist, Excel, and Google Sheets as part of regular operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update daily tasks and follow-ups using Todoist
• Maintain and organize data in Excel / Google Sheets
• Track pending work and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Assist with day-to-day office and operational activities
• Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and help keep records updated

Requirements:

• Basic to good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable using computers and online tools
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through
• Good communication and willingness to learn

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for company-specific processes and tools.

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday)
Location: Commerce House, Ranchi – 834001
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 (Negotiable, based on skills and experience).

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
