OPERATIONS OFFICER

Qualifications: Bachelor 's Degree Month Nears of Experience 3-5 Years Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; a degree in Criminology, Law Enforcement, Or a related field is preferred. Minimum of years Of security experience, with at least 1—2 years in a supervisory role. • Knowledge Of security operations and procedures, emergency response protocols, and surveillance systems Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Physically fit and capable of performing patrols and responding to incidents. • Valid security license or certification (as required by local laws}regulations). First Aid and CPR certification. • Experience with electronic security systems (CCTV, alarm systems, etc.)

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities Of the security team across all shifts. Monitor security systems, patrol schedules, and access control procedures. Ensure compliance with company security policies and safety regulations, Conduct regular inspections and audits Of the premises to identify potential security risks. Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide detailed incident reports. Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate With law enforcement, emergency responders, and Other relevant agencies When necessary. Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and contingency plans. Maintain logs, records, and reports related to security operations. Schedule and manage security steaming to ensure proper coverage at all times
