Operations Officer

About the role

The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operations activities to ensure efficient, timely and high-quality service delivery. This role manages workflow execution, manpower coordination, job order monitoring, and compliance with company standards across all operational units. The position works closely with sales, technical, inventory, and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations, resolve issues, and optimize processes. The position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement aligned with company activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of automotive service workflows.
• Monitor job orders, service schedules, and task assignments to ensure timely completion and efficient resource utilization.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and workflow sequencing to prevent delays and operational bottlenecks.
• Align operational execution with sales commitments, customer schedules and service expectations.
• Provide operational input for planning, scheduling, and process improvements.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the operations department and across departments.
• Track operational performance, service turnaround time, and manpower productivity.
• Submit regular operational reports and updates to the Operations Head to support decision-making.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Automotive Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications or any related business or sales-focused course.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales management, process coordination, service operations or project execution.
• Experience in handling operations teams within the automotive protection, detailing, window tint, PPF, vinyl wrap, or aftermarket industry is an advantage.
