Job Description:

We are hiring a talented Operations Officer professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Handle transaction processing, clients’ accounts, and other operational tasks with high accuracy
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management procedures
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Track operational data and performance metrics, highlighting discrepancies or areas for improvement
• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, issues, and observations for the Group Chief Operating Officer
• Address and resolve operational issues and client-related concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Stay updated on internal processes, products, and services to ensure accurate execution of tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or any other related field (MBA is a plus)
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
