Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Native-speaking English Teachers (NETs) and internal parties to ensure the overall operations are smooth and effective.
• Communicate with NETs and allocate them to school programmes.
• Monitor teachers attendance and allocate supply teachers when necessary.
• Conduct class observations and provide feedback.
• Maintain good relationship with NETs, schools and the Company.
• Monitor the progress and performance of daily operations.
• Responsible for administrative duties for examination programmes.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree or above.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Responsible and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficiency in MS Office, social media and other computer applications.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
