Skymind Solutions Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client for the position of Position: Operations Officer

Location: Abuja

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized young woman to join our team as an Operations Officer . This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within a fast-paced media and events organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily operations across departments (Media, Events, Admin, Marketing)

2. Manage schedules, tasks, and internal reporting systems

3. Support project execution for high-level events and initiatives

4. Handle communication with clients, partners, and team members

5. Ensure accountability and timely delivery of assignments

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and organizational skills

2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

3. Tech-savvy (social media, basic digital tools, reporting)

4. Problem-solving mindset and high level of initiative

5. Must be based in Abuja and ready to resume immediately

Compensation & Growth Structure:

1. Starting Salary: ₦200,000/month

2. After 3 months (based on performance): +50% increase

3. After 6 months (based on continued performance): Additional +50% increase

4. Potential to earn up to ₦500,000/month within 12 months

5. Annual salary growth of 30%–50% for high performers
