Operations Officer – JetSet Aviation

JetSet Aviation is looking for an Operations Officer to join our team at Athens International Airport.

Previous aviation industry experience is essential. Applications without prior aviation experience will not be considered.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in aviation operations, ground handling, flight support or a similar aviation environment, who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced 24/7 operation.

The Operations Officer will be part of our Operations team, supporting the daily coordination of General and Business Aviation flights across Greek airports and working closely with Ramp, airport stations, handling partners, crews and suppliers.

Main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily flight handling requirements

• Monitoring flights and operational updates

• Arranging and confirming handling services and other flight-related requirements

• Coordinating slots, PPRs and airport requirements

• Communicating with clients, flight crews, airport stations, handlers and suppliers

• Following up on operational changes and last-minute requests

• Working closely with the Ramp team to ensure smooth flight handling

• Keeping operational systems and flight information accurate and up to date

• Following company procedures, operational requirements and service standards

• Supporting the Operations team in resolving day-to-day operational issues

We are looking for candidates with:

- Previous professional experience in the aviation industry

• Experience in aviation operations, ground handling, flight support or a related operational role

• Good understanding of airport operations and flight handling procedures

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure

• Ability to manage several operational tasks at the same time

• Good computer skills and confidence using operational systems

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken

• Flexibility to work shifts within a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Experience in General Aviation, Business Aviation, VIP handling or Greek airport operations will be considered a strong advantage.
