Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support client account onboarding activities and ensure compliance with internal standards
• Calculate and verify monthly commissions
• Liaise with brokers and counterparties to execute fund deposits, withdrawals, FX transactions, and address other issues
• Manage account opening processes and updating information with counterparties
• Coordinate with company secretary and assist in maintaining corporate documents
• Assist in Common Reporting Standard (CRS) reviews of client accounts and annual submission to the Inland Revenue Department (IRD)\
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business or Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administrative roles preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of company statutory documents is preferable
• Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Office software
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
