Operations Officer

The Operations Officer supports the Operations Department’s Account Opening Team by processing account opening activities and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a structured and regulated environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The Organisation’s operations team manages the account opening process, performing document reviews, name screening using AML systems, and maintaining customer records. The Operations Officer will act as the SWIFT system administrator, manage system access, support user acceptance testing, and ensure service level agreements are met. Success depends on accurately completing tasks, adhering to compliance policies, and effectively prioritising daily activities.

• Review account opening documents and perform name screening through the AML system.
• Set up and maintain customer information records.
• Act as the SWIFT system administrator, managing key exchange and system access rights.
• Establish and review system user access rights according to authority requirements.
• Support front-line staff and participate in system user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for various products are met.
• Comply with internal controls, regulatory standards, AML, and CTF policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Right to work in the country.
• Ability to start on 05/10/2026.
• On-site working environment.
• Employment is permanent within the Asia region, initially for a two-week assignment.
