Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end international air and sea freight operations.
• Coordinate air and ocean freight bookings, scheduling, and shipment documentations.
• Prepare invoicing and handle shipment billing requirements.
• Address client enquiries, feedback, complaints and update shipments accordingly.
• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and custom brokers.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year experience in sea & air freight operations
• CargoWise Experience
