Operations Officer Night Shift– Holiday Homes | Arami Vacation Homes | Dubai

Arami Vacation Homes is looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations Officer to keep our guests happy and our apartments running smoothly at night.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and on time
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day apartment issues, such as enabling hot water, gas supply, and similar household problems
• Respond to guest calls and messages during night hours and resolve any issues that arise
• Ensure every guest has a smooth, comfortable stay from arrival to departure

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Proven experience in the holiday home / short-term rental field
• Good spoken English
• Valid UAE driving license
• Practical knowledge of basic household systems and fixes (water heaters, gas, appliances, etc.)
• Willingness to work and respond during night time
