Operations Officer - Perth

ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

Love cars? Have an eye for detail and a knack for taking a great photo? We’re looking for a new teammate to join our Motor Vehicles team at Bibra Lake, 6163! You’ll be hands-on with our vehicles from the time they arrive through to sale, moving stock, checking details, taking great sale photos and helping keep everything flowing smoothly. It’s a fast-moving role in a small team where reliability, attention to detail and a great attitude matter more than sitting behind a desk all day. If you enjoy cars, like being on the move and take pride in getting the little things right, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Remove plates and registration stickers safely - following company procedures.
• Catalogue assets – record details, note damage, photograph, and upload within set timeframes.
• Frame it, snap it, upload it – photograph assets and upload to our auction system quickly and accurately.
• Deliver great service – accurate stock handling and smooth buyer handover.
• Team support – help out where needed.
• Collaborate across departments – keep branch operations running seamlessly.
• Follow WHS rules – keep safety top priority.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments
• Highly driven and energised
• Organised with a solution focused approach to work
• Clear and effective communicator
• Able to concentrate on the more important priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn software packages quickly
• A valid forklift licence is desirable
