Operations Officer (Programmes) (1-Year)

Job Duties

Reporting directly to the Deputy Head of Programmes, the Operations Officer will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and financial support to drive the smooth execution of ImpactHK’s programmes:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to the Deputy Head of Programmes and the broader Programmes team
• Manage daily operations, handle daily enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, and resolve routine issues promptly
• Perform programme procurement including vendor sourcing, selection and evaluation; manage filing, inventory, and general purchases within the Programme team
• Build, update, and maintain accurate databases related to programmes, operational metrics, and administrative matters
• Liaise effectively with internal and external teams, partner organizations, and vendors to facilitate service delivery
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support ongoing service development and organizational needs

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Social Science, or other related disciplines
• Relevant experience is preferred
• Experience in NGO setting is an advantage
• Good English and Cantonese communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic to the situation of the people experiencing homelessness and the underprivileged in Hong Kong
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent proficiency in Excel; proficiency in MS Office Suite and its Google Workspace
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Operations Assistant role
