Job Title: Operations Officer (Recycling)

Location: Ota & Ikorodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Salary: ₦150,000 monthly

Our client is seeking an *Operations Officer – Recycling* to support daily recycling operations, coordinate field activities, maintain operational records, and ensure smooth execution of collection, sorting, processing, and transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily recycling and field operations.
• Coordinate collection, sorting, processing, and transportation activities.
• Liaise with field teams, buyers, vendors, and transport partners.
• Conduct site visits and escalate operational issues.
• Monitor vehicles, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Support compliance with HSE and company standards.
• Monitor daily activities and assist with resolving operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Science, Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in operations, recycling, waste management, logistics, environmental services, or related field operations.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of HSE practices is an added advantage.
• Must be physically fit and willing to conduct regular field visits.
