What is Entrext?

Entrext works with people to find good business opportunities, build products, and turn them into real companies.

We currently have 5–6 products in our portfolio. Now, we want to expand into the US markets by bringing experienced founders and builders into our community.

What will you do?

1. Find opportunities

Work with Entrext to find problems people and businesses face in the US and North America that could turn into good businesses.

2. Research before building

Studying the market together, understand the competition, and check whether people actually need the product before we start building it.

3. Building an initial brand identity and audience ( pre validation and identity )

Work with Entrext to create a brand around the opportunity, use LinkedIn to reach the right people, and see if there is interest in the idea.

4. Find the right founders ( Entrext will play a significant role here )

Help us bring together the right people to build each company. Usually, this means finding someone who can build the product and someone who understands growth, sales, or content.

Depending on the opportunity, the founders could be from the US, India, or both.

5. Help build the company ( From here in, You can make the decisions and call the shots )

Work with the founding team to take the product from an early idea to a real business. We will use what we have already learned from our existing products to avoid making the same mistakes again.

6. Grow the product from 0 to 1, 1-10 and 10-100 by being inside it.

Less products but the ones we both believe in when our cases will be stronger.

How will we work together?

Entrext will work with you to find opportunities, research markets, and find the right founding teams. We will also bring our existing experience, network, and playbooks to the table.

You will bring your experience, ideas, relationships, and understanding of how to build a business.

The goal is simple: find good opportunities, bring the right people together, and build companies that can grow.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, someone who has already built a company, taken it forward, and successfully sold it.

Someone who has been through the journey of building a business and now wants to use that experience to help build more companies with the right people.

You should understand how businesses work, be good at spotting opportunities, and know how to bring people together to build something meaningful.

We are not looking for someone who only wants to advise founders. We want someone who enjoys building alongside them.

Compensation

This is mainly an profit % sharing-based opportunity.

You will earn a share of the value created by the companies you help build, through an agreed share of Entrext's stake in those companies. ( very much similar to PE fund ) , a basic difference there is no fund attached to it. so we will grow it either by VC money or bootstrapped.

Example Theory -

if Entrext owns 30% of a company, we could agree to give you 30% of Entrext's share that will come either via secondary . The exact arrangement would be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

If a company raises investment and has the budget to pay a fixed compensation, we can discuss that separately after-wards.

We are looking for a Ex-founder who really wants to operate with multiple risk sides and who loves building things from the founding level again without getting too much involved over every domain.

This is more towards impact of building worthy things rather than earning money !
