Operations Performance Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

• Oversee daily operations, workload distribution, and personnel allocation of the Quality, Efficiency, and Data Analysis teams
• Set team objectives and monitor individual and team performance
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development
• Monitor distribution costs, unit costs, and cost-reduction targets
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve cost efficiency
• Lead cost-reduction projects and track implementation and results
• Monitor operational efficiency indicators including labor efficiency, sorting productivity, truck-loading/fill rate, equipment utilization, and operational waste
• Coordinate quality-loss control and monitor operational quality issues
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance monitoring systems
• Conduct specialized data analysis related to labor efficiency, loading rates, mis-sorting, cargo loss, and shipment delays

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in operations management, business analysis, performance management, cost analysis, quality management, or process improvement
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple teams/functions is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, cost structures, and performance analysis
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Chinese/Mandarin
