Responsibilities Job Description:

• Manage Planning and budgeting and procurement of required artifacts to support the Propulsion Systems’ Hardware-in-the-loop Virtual Development environment
• Participate in all required investigation kickoff meetings and clarifications follow up meetings to understand the proposed changes.
• Work with internal subteams to collect requirements and needs to support proposed investigations and studies.
• Submit the roll ups for all relevant investigations/studies to Propulsion Systems program managers.
• Identify the appropriate funds sources to use for each active programs (funding for material and resources).
• Ensure continuity to the existing workforce by ensuring funding and POs renewals are issued on time to avoid projects disruptions.
• Track the details of every submitted rollup, related expenditures, and current balances
• Excellent team player and leader to interface with several cross-functional teams
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal including detailed presentations to different levels of management

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Science or related BS Engineering required, Master of Science preferred
