Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Production Line Technician to join our manufacturing team. Duties

• Set up, operate, and monitor assembly lines to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble accurately according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and safe material movement within the factory setting.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are consistently followed throughout all production activities.

Skills

• Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment with familiarity in assembly line operations.
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other factory equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including safety protocol adherence and heavy lifting procedures.
• Experience managing or supporting production or assembly teams with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of process improvement techniques such as lean manufacturing to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining productivity standards.
