• Deep Operations & Manufacturing Acumen: Operational knowledge spanning manufacturing processes, schedule management, material flow, daily production target setting, and cost estimation

What the job involves

• As a Program Manager on the Operations Program Management team, you will drive operational excellence to scale Everpure’s global demand footprint
• Positioned at the heart of our operations, you will lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives spanning Engineering, Product Management, and Production
• By seamlessly bridging new product introduction with long-term sustaining operations, you directly safeguard product quality, optimize supply chain resiliency, and maximize operational efficiency worldwide
• Drive Post-GA Program Execution & Sourcing: Partner with NPI Program Managers, Engineering, and Production teams to manage programs post-pilot, executing Post-GA qualifications, second-site bring-ups, and component second-sourcing builds to ensure uninterrupted global supply
• Optimize Product Transitions & Financial Performance: Direct sustaining and component End-of-Life (EOL) and Last-Time-Buy (LTB) activities to accelerate time-to-market (TTM) while systematically minimizing excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory risks and costs
• Scale Operational Infrastructure: Lead cross-functional process and tool improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, remove operational bottlenecks, and establish scalable operational frameworks to support company growth
• Deliver Strategic Visibility & Alignment: Build dynamic program dashboards, portals, and metric frameworks to communicate strategy, operational risks, and mitigation plans transparently to executives and cross-functional partners
