Operations Project Lead

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Lead (OPS Lead) with 6+ years of experience managing large-scale network operations and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise networking, incident management, service delivery, and project governance, along with hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices and a proven ability to drive automation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cisco Data Center/Branch Routers and Switches

• Hands-on networking device experience (Routers, Switches, Load Balancers)
• L2/L3 Switching and Routing Protocols
• Network Infrastructure and Device Management
• Network Operations, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Project Planning, SLA/KPI Monitoring, and Stakeholder Management
• Dashboard Reporting, Data Analysis, and Team Leadership

Good to Have: Python, Cloud Networking (AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI), SQL, Network Automation, and Data Center Networking.
