Position Summary

The Operations Project Manager leads operational initiatives, aligns project goals with business metrics, and ensures projects finish on time and within budget. This role bridges strategic planning and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across departments.
• Process Optimization: Audit existing workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and apply continuous improvement frameworks like Lean. [Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and HR to align project milestones.
• Performance & Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze Return on Investment (ROI), and report updates to senior leadership.
• Risk & Change Management: Anticipate risks, build mitigation plans, and guide teams through operational changes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking, financial forecasting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in project management
