Operations Project Manager - Hospitality

An exciting opportunity to join a high-profile Hospitality Consultancy working with prestigious clients developing and operating Private Members Clubs, Private Jet Lounges, Country Clubs and luxury hospitality concepts across the GCC and international markets, including Europe, the Far East and the Americas.

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Operations Manager with a strong hospitality operations background and the ability to oversee multiple projects, openings and operational workstreams simultaneously.

The successful candidate will play a key role in taking hospitality concepts from planning and pre-opening through to launch, operational readiness and ongoing performance, working closely with clients, senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role is based in Dubai with a hybrid working arrangemen t.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple hospitality projects and operational workstreams across the portfolio.
• Take projects from concept and pre-opening through to launch and ongoing operations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, operational milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate across Operations, Finance, Procurement, HR, Design and Project teams.
• Work closely with Finance on budgets, forecasting, cost control and operational performance.
• Oversee procurement, supplier management, logistics and operational purchasing requirements.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of FF&E, OS&E, equipment and operational requirements.
• Support pre-opening activities including operational planning, staffing requirements, SOPs, supplier onboarding, systems implementation and opening readiness.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, consultants, vendors and other external partners.
• Monitor project and operational risks, resolve issues and ensure key milestones remain on track.
• Prepare clear project, operational and financial updates for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute operational and commercial input to RFPs and new hospitality projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, cost management, service delivery and the overall guest/member experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, private members clubs, premium F&B, lifestyle hospitality or similar environments.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties, hospitality projects, openings or operational workstreams.
• Proven exposure to pre-openings, new openings, refurbishments or operational improvement projects.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience with procurement, vendor management and logistics within hospitality.
• Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and clients and communicate clear operational and project updates.
• Excellent organisational, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Ideal Background

We are particularly interested in hospitality professionals who have progressed through operations and subsequently taken responsibility for multiple properties, openings, projects or operational workstreams.

Experience within Private Members Clubs, luxury hotels, premium restaurant groups, lifestyle hospitality, private aviation lounges or hospitality consultancy would be highly relevant.

This is an operations-led hospitality role rather than a construction-focused Project Manager position. The successful candidate should understand project delivery and be comfortable coordinating with design and construction teams, while bringing core expertise in hospitality operations, commercial management and operational project delivery.
