We are looking for a practical, organised Project Operations Manager to take ownership of US locker deployments from initial planning through installation, commissioning and customer handover. You will be the link between customers, builders, architects, distributors, installation partners and our internal teams.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable leading a customer meeting, reviewing a floor plan, coordinating a shipment and helping an installer resolve a problem on site.

What you will do

• Own projects from signed order through site readiness, delivery, installation, commissioning, operational handover and closeout.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and responsibilities across multiple projects.
• Act as the primary implementation contact for customers and installation partners, setting expectations and providing clear updates.
• Review floorplans and coordinate system layouts and connection diagrams. Confirm power, network, cabling, access and delivery requirements with clients, builders, architects and contractors.
• Monitor hardware inventory, assist with procurement, prepare and check equipment, coordinate shipments and track replacements and returns.
• Brief and coordinate third-party installers and subcontractors. Confirm their scope, site arrangements, materials and documentation before work begins.
• Support installation days and commissioning visits. Work with our technical teams to resolve hardware and connectivity issues, test completed systems and close out defects.
• Deliver clear walkthroughs and training for client administrators and local site teams, then complete a structured handover to ongoing support.
• Keep project records, dates, decisions, installation documentation and next steps accurate in our project and customer systems.
• Capture lessons learned and improve project templates, installation checklists, partner guidance and handover processes.

What you will bring

• At least three years of relevant experience delivering physical technology, installation or site-based projects.
• Experience coordinating customers, contractors, suppliers or installation partners across several projects at once.
• Practical familiarity with connected hardware, basic networking and site power requirements, including the ability to read floor plans and technical diagrams.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a technical problem to a client and discuss the details with an installer.
• A calm, resourceful approach when plans change or problems arise on site.
• The ability to work independently, collaborate across teams and travel regularly across the US.
• The right to work in the United States by the agreed start date.
• Experience with smart lockers, access control, security systems, audiovisual installations, construction technology or other connected building technology would be useful.
