Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations / Projects / Facility Manager with a mandatory Mechanical Engineering degree and manufacturing industry experience to manage daily operations, project coordination, team performance, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
• Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely task completion.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Calculate employee incentives and commissions accurately using approved criteria.
• Oversee facility maintenance, inventory, equipment, vendors, and office operations.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Identify process improvements and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations.
• Strong Excel, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in metal fabrication, signage manufacturing, or engineering operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
