Operations Representative

a Multinational Company in Egypt Plaza Premuim Group is Hiring: Operation Agents

Location: New Cairo

Coordinate day-to-day airport service operations — bookings, supplier communication, and timely delivery across lounge access, fast track, meet amp; assist, and transport. Serve as the first point of contact for managing and tracking customer requests and service updates with suppliers and internal teams.

What youll do:

✅ Process and manage customer bookings

✅ Coordinate daily with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery

✅ Track bookings and update records in real time

✅ Handle customer inquiries and basic booking changes

✅ Support resolution of operational issues and escalate when needed

✅ Log and follow up on complaints/incidents

✅ Maintain accurate documentation across all service touchpoints

What were looking for:

🔹 1–3 years experience in customer service, operations, hospitality, or coordination

🔹 Experience with bookings/scheduling is a plus

🔹 Strong attention to detail

🔹 Excellent communication skills

🔹 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Flexible to work shifts

🔹 Good command of English
