Position Details
- Role: Operations Research / OR Expert
- Location: Fremont, CA
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Salary: Up to $120 - $130K Gross, including 10% QPLC
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Mathematical Optimization, and Operations Research
- Hands-on experience with FICO Xpress, IBM CPLEX, or Gurobi
- Strong understanding of Linear Programming (LP) and optimization techniques
- Mandatory strong coding skills in Python and SQL
- Experience developing and optimizing mathematical models for complex business problems
- Ability to work with large datasets and develop scalable optimization solutions
- Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- NLP knowledge or hands-on experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
