Position Overview

Position Title: Operations Scheduler

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: Friday to Sunday, 1900–0700 (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Site Overview

This position operates out of a dynamic, fast-paced hub where operational coordination and clear communication keep security services running seamlessly. You will play a vital central role during weekend operations, ensuring shift coverage and supporting field teams in real time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicating clear information to clients and security personnel using telecommunications systems.
• Answering incoming calls from guards and the general public, dispatching staff to locations as needed.
• Maintaining and updating the real-time Security Incident database.
• Managing staff schedules during shifts as changes occur and proactively filling shift vacancies.

Must Haves

• Completed College or University education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Computer proficiency with the capacity to learn company-specific enterprise software.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt flexibly to changing priorities during your shift.
• Ability to work weekend overnight shifts.

• Previous experience in scheduling, administration, or security supervision.
