With a 27-year history, Skopik is a fast-growing, value-driven business specialising in Audio Visual, IT & Data Cabling, Electrical, and Electronic Security Services.  With ever-changing technology, we are continually adapting and are proudly unique in now being a complete ICT & AV fit-out, service, and maintenance company.

We need an ‘operations super-hero’ to ensure our back-office support is moving at the same pace as the business and will provide the right support to management and our technician team.  This person will have buckets of resilience and thrive when working under pressure.

To be a perfect match, you will also have come from an office co-ordination role in a similar trade environment, preferably within the construction industry.  Experience is an absolute must as we need this ‘super-hero’ to hit the ground running!

As our Operations Service Coordinator, you will be the point person - coordinating the daily service jobs across the team and getting them set up for the day with all the equipment and resources they need.  Once the team is on the road, your focus will move to tasks such as:

·         Client engagement by phone and email

·         Managing/setting up jobs for the next day/week

·         Planning, scheduling and allocating work across the teams

·         Purchasing and stock control.

We are looking for someone who likes to work with defined processes.  You’ll have excellent time management skills, strong customer focus, and awesome communication and interpersonal skills.  High attention to detail and accuracy is not negotiable.

You will have intermediate Excel skills and be proficient in all other Microsoft Office applications. You may also have used SmartTrade or something similar before. You will need a full, current and clean NZ driver’s license.

If you are a natural multi-tasker, with initiative and drive, who has worked in a similar environment, we’d love to hear from you.  Send your CV via Seek for an immediate start.

Other offers great for you!
